Hari Koduru

Hari Koduru has more than 28 years in software development, over 17 years of which were in the Oil & Gas industry. Mr. Koduru has personally developed and then led the development of several mission critical enterprise software applications and products in various verticals. As the Senior Technical Advisor at Energistics, the Oil & Gas data exchange consortium, and one of the members of the core team that developed the Energistics Transfer Protocol (ETP), Mr. Koduru was a key contributor to the standards body.

He co-founded SigmaStream with a vision of building a true data-driven automation platform. Mr. Koduru also worked at BP, Nabors Drilling and Baker Hughes before then where he gained wide ranging experience on all fronts of the Oil & Gas drilling industry. Prior to Oil & Gas, Mr. Koduru worked in the areas of Geographical Information Systems (GIS), travel and hospitality, scheduling and route optimization, and business intelligence.

Son Pham

Son Pham has over 27 years in the Oil & Gas industry, primarily in well construction, with both service and operating companies. He serves as Chief Business Development Officer for SigmaStream and also plays a key roll in developing analytics and KPIs to help operational personnel make butter use of data and software technologies.

Mr. Pham started his career with Baker Hughes as an Engineer working in the areas of directional drilling, surveying, MWD/LWD, well planning, and drilling optimization and support. He served as Drilling Coordinator and Operations Manager in Indonesia and Malaysia for eight years prior to returning to the US. Before joining SigmaStream, Mr. Pham was the Directional Drilling Subject Matter Expert in the ConocoPhillips Global Wells group. He served as Chair of the SPE Wellbore Positioning Technical Section (a.k.a. ISCWSA). He is also involved with SPE DSATS, D-WIS, IADC, IADD, and IADE. He has been issued nine US patents in the areas of data analytics/algorithms, data visualization methodologies, edge compute system design, survey manage technologies, and SAGD drilling techniques.

Deep Joshi (Moderator)

Deep Joshi is a Research Engineer at Corva. He has a Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines. He joined Corva in 2021 as an intern in 2019 and 2020 and full-time in 2021. He has a bachelor's in Petroleum Engineering from PDEU, India and a Masters in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Houston. His research focuses on Directional drilling, drilling automation, and data science.
