Insights from Engagements with 144 Safety Functional Leaders
Recorded On: 02/20/2019
SPE presents this webinar to share the findings from in-depth interviews with 144 senior safety functional leaders (> 70% VPs of Safety or above) from 120 corporations which collectively employ more than 6.8 million employees and with combined revenues of US $4.2 trillion, operating across a wide range of industry sectors. Over 20% of the survey participants represented oil and gas companies. The findings from the survey are a synthesis of insights from this extremely-well informed body of individuals on the changing stakeholder expectations related to safety, key cultural challenges, the total scale of their economic investment in safety and value derived from it, the role of technology in safety, trends in contractor safety, the role of leaders in defining safety culture, and their future investment plans for safety.
