Austin Groover
Austin Groover is the Director of Operations for the Smart Products portfolio at Nabors Drilling Solutions (NDS). In this role, Groover is responsible for the service delivery, strategic direction, and value creation for customers using these services.
Prior to this role, Groover held various positions in product development and operations at Nabors and other service companies. He holds numerous oilfield patents in directional automation, rotary performance, and optimization.
Groover earned his bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Arima Ayanambakkam
Arima Ayanambakkam is the Sr. Manager for the SmartROS Platform at Nabors. In this role, Arima is responsible for maintaining and expanding the platform and its capabilities to support the products that are deployed through it.
Prior to this role, Arima held various positions within Controls & Automation in product development within Nabors.
Arima earned his Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, Gainesville.

Deep Joshi (Moderator)
Deep Joshi is a Data Scientist at Quantum Capital Group. He has a Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines. Previously, he joined Corva in 2021 as an intern in 2019 and 2020 and full-time in 2021 as Research Engineer. He has a bachelor's in Petroleum Engineering from PDEU, India and a Masters in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Houston. His research focuses on Directional drilling, drilling automation, and data science.
