Alistair is General Manager of the Engineering Services department at Wild Well Control. Wild Well Control is the leading emergency planning and response company in Oil and Gas. He has 27 years post graduate experience in mechanical and other engineering disciplines. He has worked in the energy industry, primarily in the upstream sector of the Oil and Gas industry, since 1998. Alistair developed a wide knowledge of computational mechanics and simulation in both structural and fluid dynamic disciplines. Has been a FEA/CFD practioner for 20+ years. Alistair has a 1st class honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Glasgow, Scotland and holds a Professional Engineering license in Texas, where he now lives and works. Engineering Services provides advanced simulation expertise in support of Wild Well Control’s emergency response and planning activities.
