The SPE Soft Skills Committee Presents: Soft Skills in Hard Times

According to a recent survey by Millennial Branding and American Express, over 61% of managers consider soft skills to be more important than hard or technical skills. In fact, 87% of managers consider prioritizing, positive attitude, and teamwork as the top 3 characteristics desired from new
employees.

Today, more than ever, it is important for employees in the Oil & Gas sector to have every skill available to increase their opportunities for the jobs that are available, and also to be able to perform at their maximum performance level. Soft Skills can give you the edge to perform at your maximum abilities.
