Mark covers the oilfield services and supply industries for Enverus. He has 15 years of energy experience, spending much of this time working on hydraulic fracture design optimization, application of new technologies and evaluating market dynamics in unconventional plays. Mark is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers through leadership in conference committees, study groups and co-authoring over 10 manuscripts in both domestic and international plays. He holds a bachelor of science in petroleum engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.

Ken Day is the Director of Engineering for BKV Corporation. He focuses on leading Barnett Engineering and technical valuations for New Ventures. Ken’s background is in completions, production, and reservoir engineering. Previous to BKV, Ken worked in various engineering roles for OXY and BP. Ken graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Petroleum Engineering.

Justin Allison

Justin has deep experience in the evaluation, drilling, and completion of unconventional onshore oil & gas wells and has managed projects in most of the active areas within the United States.  He is a problem solver and innovator at heart and enjoys tackling tough operational challenges with a like-minded team.  In recent years, he has been focused on advancing the understanding of how to optimize certain key design criteria such as perf charge selection, conveyance, orientation, and spacing, and how these can and do have profound effects on perf erosion, subsequent fluid/proppant distribution, and ultimate well performance.  Justin graduated from Texas A&M University in 2006 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and lives in Tulsa with his wife and four boys.
