Tech Talks: Enhancing Well Delivery Performance Through More Effective Scheduling

Enhancing well delivery performance means executing the drilling program smoothly, against time and budget, and also seeking ways to improve execution timing and costs, to increase return on capital employed. This Tech Talk will examine what factors degrade performance and discuss ways to address them.

One of the ways we’ll focus on is to adopt a scheduling solution that integrates data from multiple disciplines, and that provides rapid reporting of important Key Performance Indicators. Such a solution not only focuses attention on operations execution but also fosters improved collaboration.

This Tech Talk is categorized under the Drilling technical discipline.
